Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Workshops/Courses run by North Light Art Collective

 

Fees/Cancellations 

North Light Art Collective (The Collective).

• Payment in full is required in advance from our secure payments page on the website.

• We are not in a position to offer refunds once booked, unless The Collective cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you may then be offered an alternative course or refund.

• The Collective is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property while participating in a Workshop/Course.

• The Workshop/Courses may take place in different venues you must make yourself aware of emergency exits/health and safety regulations at each venue.

• Our Workshop/Courses are for over 18’s only unless by prior/special arrangement.

• No photography or videoing is permitted during Workshop/Courses unless by specific prior arrangement.

 

GDPR

• The Collective will not share your information with third parties. Your name, address, phone number and email details are only retained as part of our contacts/mailing list and for communication in relation to Workshop/Courses.
