About the Workshop.
‘Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.’ Albert Einstein
Our Hedgerows, woodlands, fields and gardens are brimming over with new plant life. This two day course will provide tools in investigative drawing and painting. A multi-sensory approach will create a dynamic course, in which the participant will experiment with observation, mark-making and colour exploration.
Workshop will cover:
- Observational and measured drawing
- Exploring light and tone to create form
- Colour mixing and matching
- Wet and dry watercolour techniques. A materials list will be provided. If required, it will also be possible to purchase materials for the workshop on the first day for a nominal charge of €30.
